Pet Policy


The Wyndham Parc 55 Hotel welcomes our guests to bring their pets to stay in our guestrooms. In order to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, we ask that you read the following policies listed below. Service animals accompanying persons with disabilities are always welcomed at the Wyndham Parc 55 Hotel. Service animals need to be registered at the front desk, however, are not required to pay the one time pet charge, nor have a weight limit..

  • A one time pet charge of $50.00 will be applied to your account per stay. The fee is used for the cleaning of all the fabric and carpets after your departure to ensure the comfort of future guests occupying the room.
  • No more than two pets per room are allowed at any one time.
  • Pets must be no more than 50lbs in weight.
  • When in public areas of the Hotel, pets must be kept on a leash or in a carrier.
  • Pets are not allowed in cityhouse restaurant or in the health club. This exclusion does not apply to service animals.
  • Pets must not be left unattended in the guestrooms.
  • Pets must be house-trained and clean. An additional $250.00 cleaning charge may apply if pets create excessive mess.
  • Noise must be kept to a minimum. Dogs barking or cats meowing can disturb other guests. If your pet is left unattended and making noise, housekeeping will remove your pet from the room and you will be charged a minimum fee of $90.00. You will be charged an additional $30.00 per hour after the third hour.
  • For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will NOT clean your room if your pet is left unattended. If both you and your pet are in the room while the housekeeper is present, your pet must be leashed or caged. Please contact housekeeping regarding the cleaning time you prefer for your room.
  • Guests are responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from their pet.
  • Pet owner will be responsible for the repair and/or replacement of any items stained or damaged by their pets.
  • Please contact housekeeping at extension 57 for bowls, leashes or pet treats.
  • You agree to release, defend and indemnify the Wyndham Parc 55 Hotel, from any and all claims or damages related to your pet or pet’s stay at the hotel, included any claims by third-parties. You expressly waive and relinquish the benefits of California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides: “a general release does not extend to claims which the a creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his favor at the time of executing the release, which is known by him/her must have materially affected his settlement with the debtor.”
